2024 Wellness Plan

At Dr. Molly Slack, D.D.S., we want to bring premium and affordable dental care to all patients in our community. For our patients without insurance, we offer an in-house Wellness Plan with a monthly or annual enrollment fee to cover preventative care and common dental procedures and services.
