Machelle was born and raised in Lebanon, Oregon, and graduated from dental hygiene school at Lane Community College in 1984. Machelle has been married to her husband, Jon a retired Lebanon firefighter/paramedic, for 35 years. They have one son, Hayden, a daughter-in-law, Olivia, and grandson, Braxton. She enjoys camping, crafting, sports, and, most of all, spending time with her grandson Braxton, her pride and joy.

She enjoys getting to know her patients and seeing them year after year. Out of the office, Jeanne enjoys family time with her husband and two kids (one of which is in college). She lives on a small farm and loves riding her horses, gardening, hiking, kayaking and hanging out with her dogs.

Allie is married and has a 5 year old named Olivia and Harper is 2! She graduated from LBCC in 2006 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has worked for Dr. Slack for over 10 years. Allie enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts, and watching sports.

Sheryl received her degree from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. She enjoys helping patients maintain a healthy mouth. In her spare time Sheryl enjoys visiting the coast, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
